Recent projects have included designing and implementing a Change Management and Business Integration Program for an organisation of 12,000 people; Management Competency Framework for a large Australian organisation; Developing and Introducing an Integrated Performance Planning, Review and Development System for Hong Kong based organisation; Designing and Facilitating Senior Management Education (Grad Certificate in Management Competence) for a major financial organisation.
